Why it helps to
grasp the scale of the problem

Millions of people feel the same.
Millions of people feel the same.

According to WHO, more than 1 billion people worldwide live with a mental disorder — nearly 1 in 7 of us. What you are experiencing is not a sign of weakness.

Knowledge makes the first step easier.
Knowledge makes the first step easier.

When you understand what is happening, it is easier to begin. Psychoeducation, reliable data and clear explanations help you name the difficulty — the first, hardest step is behind you.

Support every day, not once a week.

Up to 167 hours pass between therapy sessions. Here understanding turns into tools and routines you have at hand 24/7 — and when you need a human, we guide you to a specialist.

The need is real — and access is still hard

According to WHO, more than 1 billion people worldwide — nearly 1 in 7 of us — live with a mental disorder. This can affect us, our loved ones and our colleagues.

Access to care is uneven — in low-income countries fewer than 10% of people who need it receive care. Between two weekly sessions, 167 hours of everyday life remain. Reliable psychoeducation and self-therapy tools can offer support during that time, but they do not replace diagnosis or treatment.
