This is the official ASRS v1.1 Part A screener, developed with the World Health Organization. Answer all six questions, choosing the option that best describes how you have felt and conducted yourself over the past 6 months.
Your result is calculated with the original ASRS algorithm, not a HelpClinic scale of our own: it counts how many of your answers fell in the range the authors marked as significant. Four or more such answers is a positive screen.
Important: This questionnaire does not make a diagnosis. A positive screen means it is worth consulting a specialist who can carry out a full assessment.
