Stress Load and Recovery Test
Ten questions about how stress has settled into your body and your days over the past 30 days, and whether rest has managed to rebuild anything. It takes about 4 minutes to complete.
Instructions
This questionnaire does not ask how stressful your life is. It asks about something checkable: what stress leaves behind in your body, your sleep, your concentration and your relationships β and whether rest is keeping up with the load.
Answer ten questions, thinking about the past 30 days. You can take the result to a conversation with a psychologist.

If tension persists despite rest, talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist.
