What can support you? Check your coping resources

Take about two minutes to reflect on useful resources available to you over the past seven days. Six original HelpClinic questions explore noticing feelings, pausing, practical support, boundaries, a small next step, and self-kindness. This free educational reflection is for adults aged 18 or over, with an immediate result and no email or account needed. A higher total means resources were more accessible, not greater distress. Your result is not a judgement of your worth or a diagnosis. Your wider life context matters. The questionnaire and translations are unvalidated.

Instructions

This educational reflection is for adults aged 18 or over. For each question, think only about the past 7 days. Choose how often the useful resource was available to you, even if you did not use it. Availability can depend on circumstances; this is not a rating of your achievements.

Choose one answer for each of the six questions. Answers score from 0 to 4, giving a total from 0 to 24. A higher total means resources were more accessible. The bands are descriptive subdivisions of the total, without validated clinical thresholds.

Participation is free and voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Your result is immediate; no email address or account is needed. HelpClinic's original questionnaire and its translations are unvalidated.

Answers stay in your browser until submission. With explicit consent, see your result immediately without an account or email. Saved results link to your browser session, without answers, IP addresses or full browser details. Private access lasts 30 days; daily cleanup deletes expired results from the active database within one day. Analytics needs separate consent; answers, results, email and topics are excluded.

To withdraw storage consent, you can delete the saved result from its result page in the browser where you completed the questionnaire. If that browser session is lost or you open an email link on another device, contact the privacy team for deletion.

These questionnaires are optional. They often cover overlapping feelings and do not show that you have another condition. You do not need to take them all.
