Instructions
This short test will help you take an honest look at your drinking habits.
As you answer the three questions, think about the past 12 months. One standard drink is about 10 g of pure alcohol — roughly a small beer (250 ml), a small glass of wine (100 ml) or a single shot of spirits (30 ml).
Important: This test does not replace a professional diagnosis. If your result worries you, talk to a doctor or an addiction specialist.
