Instructions
This test will help you check whether reactions you are experiencing may be related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD).
Answer the questions thinking about a very stressful or traumatic event you may have experienced β for example a serious accident, violence, a natural disaster or the sudden loss of someone close. Answer based on the past month. If you have not experienced such an event, answer βNoβ.
