Anger and Irritability Patterns Test
Eight questions about what anger actually does in your life: how fast it arrives, how it comes out, what it leaves behind and what it costs. It covers the past 30 days and takes about 3 minutes.
Instructions
Anger is not a problem in itself β it is a signal that something crossed a line for you. So this questionnaire does not ask whether you get angry. It asks what happens next: how the anger comes out, what stays in your head, whether anything gets repaired, and what the anger takes with it.
Answer eight questions, thinking about the past 30 days. You can take the result to a conversation with a psychologist or psychotherapist.

It is not a validated psychometric questionnaire, and the boundaries between score levels are not clinical thresholds. Difficulties regulating anger can have very different sources β from chronic stress and lack of sleep to depression, ADHD, chronic pain or traumatic experiences. If your anger puts your safety or someone elseβs at risk, treat that as urgent and contact a specialist or your local helpline.
