Social Media Habits Test
Eight questions about how you have used social media over the past 30 days: when you reach for it, what it pushes aside and how you feel afterwards. It takes about 3 minutes to complete.
Instructions
This questionnaire does not check whether you “have an addiction”. It looks at specific habits: when you open the apps, how long you stay, what gets pushed aside and what mood you leave in.
Answer eight questions, thinking about the past 30 days. You can take the result to a conversation with a psychologist.

It is not a validated psychometric questionnaire, and the boundaries between score levels are not clinical thresholds — there is no diagnosis of “social media addiction” in ICD-11 or DSM-5-TR. If social media affects your mood, sleep or relationships, talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist.
